Webbing on Limes

I bought my lime tree from a nursery 6 months ago. It is about 5′ tall and producing limes. However, the limes have a light brown webbing on one side. It doesn’t seem to affect the inside of the lime, but it’s not attractive. Anything I can do to promote solid green color?

I am concerned that it may be brown rot. Here is an article about it: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/fruits/peach/brown-rot-fungus.htm [1]
