Q.We installed a drip system in a landscaped island with trees & shrubs. We are having a hard time saving our plants. either too
much water or not enough. We seriously need some advice on what to do. Purchased our tubing & drip nozzles from Home Depot. Not sure how the best way is to correct our issue.

Look up the watering requirements for each type of plant in your island - you'll probably find they have differing needs for water. You also need to consider what kind of soil you're dealing with. This kind of watering works well if all the plants need the same amount of water. A good rule of thumb is to remember that soggy roots will eventually harm a plant just as much as underwatering will. Feel free to send us more information about the specific plants.
