Remove Small Batch of Burmuda Grass

We have a small batch of what we think is Bermuda grass. Any suggestions on how to remove it permanently?

I would recommend pouring boiling water on the areas where the bermuda grass was growing. Boiling water will kill whatever it comes in contact with. You can use chemical weed killers, as most will normally dissipate in a few weeks.
