We had yellow lantana plants for years. I saw some purple plants at a nursery and thought it would look nice to have yellow and p

urple flowers in the same bed. Two years later we have no yellow flowers only purple. The plants are very healthy and are trimmed back yearly due to growth. We do not like the purple flowers and want the yellow back. Help.!!!!!!!

It sounds like the more vigorous purple variety overcompeted with the yellow variety and killed it off. You will have to completely remove the purple and replace it with yellow again.
