Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have a watermelon plant that has come up in the rocks around our pool. The plant itself looks great and we have one watermelon that is about 6 inches long and 4 inches wide. However, all of the other watermelons are only growing about an inch and then they are dying. What do I need to do to help the other watermelons grow like the bigger one?

You may be having an issue with poor pollination, especially if it’s been hot lately. You may need to give them a hand (https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/vegetables/cucumber/hand-pollinating-melons.htm [1]).
