watering schedule for aeroponics

I have my garden on a watering timer that goes for 4 min off and 1 min on. Should I water my garden when the lights are off? Does this hinder my plant growth?

There are many variables that will go into the timing of watering and light.
It will depend greatly on the plants you are growing and the system you are using.
