watering newly planted shrubs and flowers

I have just planted some Cyclamen plants in an raised bed and they are mixed with some jasmine shrubs (also newly planted). I have a timed watering system that runs at 7am for twenty minutes and again at 7pm for 20 minutes. The soil is mainly outdoor potting soil.Am I watering too much?

You will need to check the soil. Watering on a regular schedule is not recommended. Actually check the soil to make sure it is draining well.
Do wet and the tubers may rot.
