If this is in container, and indoors… then this is common. Even in the brightest window in a house, there will not be enough to keep it happy. There are a few things you should keep handy. Dolomitic lime, iron sulfate, and citrus fertilizer. These should be applied once or twice per year. A 200 watt horticultural fixture will be enough light for a small tree.
