Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI’m going on holiday for 2 weeks. Can I leave my hibiscus, sunflower and orchid plant in a bath of water to keep them alive? If not, then please suggest something else.

It’s usually not a good idea to allow plants to continually sit in water, as this will lead to root rot. Just give them all a good soaking before you leave and they should be ok. Hi Nikki,
I have heard of people using a wick to water plants. I’ve never tried it but here is a link to how its done:
Try a Google search for plant wicking products and check your local garden centers and greenhouses.
