Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comMy Brussels sprouts, broccoli, and winter cauliflower have been planted out about 3 weeks. I watered them in well and they are growing quite good; however, I have not watered them since, but because of the very dry weather, do you think I should water them now or leave them for the roots to go down and find their own moisture?

Most vegetable plants need at least an inch (about 62 gallons per 100 square feet) or so of water every week to survive.
