Water-Logged Plants Between Concrete!

I have a large section (4′ x 20′) in a shady area that is enclosed with concrete which I would like to prettify! Currently there is Chinese fringe flower and creeping Jenny but I think they’re getting too soggy. It only gets 2 hours of morning sun and retains water for days after a rain, very visible to the road, could potentially have a climber to cover some lattice there. Installing drainage at this point is not an option since the concrete on either side is more than 6 inches deep. Please help!

Why not turn this location into a rain garden or bog. There are a number of plants that do well under conditions like this.
