Walnut tree

Question

My tree has started to grow some new leaves, but nearly all of them seem to be dying. Why is this? Photo attached.

I am not sure, but your walnut tree may have a root rot disease or another root problem leading to these symptoms. Please see these articles and check your tree for the symptoms:
