Q.Very Old Grape Vines In Wooded Area- Be Saved
What can I do to preserve 50 year old vineyard that is in a wooded area. There may be som pests in there too.

It looks like beetles, possibly Japanese beetles, have been snacking. They are easy to catch in the early morning; just knock them into a bowl of soapy water. Grapevines usually require full sun, so I am surprised this one has lasted that long in a woodland setting. If you know what kind of grapes they are you can learn all about that variety.
