Venus fly traps

My Venus fly trap has been sprouting a stalk now for a few weeks and it’s about 30cm tall now. She has grown stalks in the middle before which I know should be cut out but am unsure to what this is. It looks like a flow bud has just started to grow on the end of it aswell, should I take it out or leave it?

Your plant is sending out a flower shoot.

You can cut and remove it or let it flower and produce seed.
