Q.Vegetable Garden

Did a soil test: zero nitrogen and low potash. I picked up some nitrogen and potash pellets. When do I apply and should it be roto tilled into soil and watered? How soon can I plant?

You can apply these to the area right away. Tilling is probably the quickest method for getting the nutrients deeper into the soil. As long as the nitrogen is within appropriate levels as to not cause root burning, it should be safe to go ahead and begin planting. If you're not comfortable, you can allow it to sit for about a week or so and then plant.
