variegated spider plant

I have 1 lonely variegated spider plant in a pot with a bunch of solid spider plants. The solid plants make lots of babies but the variegated one doesn’t make any babies. The plant is beautiful, it goes outside and I save rainwater, which they seem to love. Why am I not getting variegated babies?

Patience is generally the cure for Spider plants, when the pot gets nice and root bound, the babies will grow.
Also make sure you rotate the pot so the sunlight is evenly distributed.

A light feeding of fertilizer will help Spider Plants also. Use a balanced fertilizer at half strength.
