Q.Valencia Orange And Meyer Lemon Trees

Zone 78245 | Wally Cavazos added on June 5, 2023 | Answered

I bought Valencia orange and Meyer lemon trees in a 5gallon size. I was told to repot them into a larger pot after one year. I did so about three weeks ago, and I am noticing the leaves drooping down. Is this normal? Also, when I first repotted them, the any blossoms they might’ve had dropped off. Any suggestions??? Thanks!

This can happen if they get potted up into, too, large of a container, and the soil remains too wet. This can happen with infected soils, as well. Unfortunately, your photos did not come through. I am unable to see the damage at hand.
