Can I use cow manure I bought last year?

I bought cow manure last year for my garden.  Will it still be good for this year or will I have to buy more before I plant in my garden this year? Also, can I use horse manure?

The cow manure you purchased last year should still be good for this year’s garden. And, yes, you can horse manure in a home garden.
