Using neem oil on citrus trees

I have dwarf lime and mandarin orange trees, 48″ tall. Can I use neem oil monthly to keep pests away?

Yes, although it is best to use this product only when you have a pest problem or to prevent damage from a pest that shows up every year. Always follow the directions on the package label for your particular product.
