Q.Using coffee grounds in the garden
How should I use COFFEE GROUNDS in my garden; which types of plants to use them with and how, please explain basic acid vs. base/alkaline needs of these plants that will benefit from coffee grounds, and finally, should I dry the coffee grounds out first to prevent mold growth in the medium?
Thank you,

There is no need to dry the coffee grounds prior to garden use or composting.
