Q.Use Of Shell Fish Boiled Water As A Fertilizer

Hi,a question has arisen which I have no idea of the answer (nor has a web search ! !)my question is: Is the boiled water, after it is cold that has been used to boil crustaceans in be used as a fertilizer or is it just smelly waste water? Thanks

Since we have commercial fish emulsion, I would think your fish waste water could be used but may need to be composted first with some added ingredients in a closed bin.
