Is epsom salts beneficial to add to soil for planting Plumeria cuttings? If so how much salts should be added to the soil?

When first growing cuttings, you are concentrating on growing roots and leaves. Once your plant has developed roots and is growing nicely, start fertilizing. It is then you may need some epsom salts to neutralize the soil if constant fertilization raises the acidity level too high. The articles below explain:
