Use Of Coffee, Coffee Grinds And Fish Emulsiin

I have read used coffee ground, Diluted black coffee and fish emulsion are good fertilizer. Can I combine diluted coffee and used coffee grounds? Also, can I use either with fish emulsion? What about baking soda, epsom salt. Hibiscus needs nitrate, some phosphorus, magnesium and potassium. Mine is dropping leaves and turning yellow. Plus dropping buds. No sign of any insects
