Use Mulch On Top Of Flower Seeds?

I got a bunch of seeds this year, and can’t find out if it’s ok to mulch a garden that has seeds planted in it?? Help!

You should not see too much of an issue adding mulch. To me, it would be worth the effort to mulch, since the benefits would outweigh any negative effects on the seeds, which I wouldn't expect there to be any.
