Urban Food Growing

Question

I have a roof-top area of 1,400 sq feet. There, at this moment, I have 5 ducks (giving 3 eggs daily), 3 chickens (giving one egg a day), 20 tomato plants, and few shades of bean tree. Plants of pumpkins, guava tree, lemon tree and other spices (herbs) too. I also have have 6 pigeons and 6 cats. My question is: Is there any suggestion to make these activities more sustainable? Like any yearly planning, crop selecting etc.?
