Q.Unkown seeds found

Zone Near Baltimore 21052 | Carol J. added on April 5, 2018 | Answered

Hi, I worked in my green house today cleaning up from the winter. I found a string of seeds hanging in a Mandevilla plant. But when I looked at your bring of seeds from a Mandevilla they don’t look the same. Any idea what they could be from. Picture below. Thanks, Carol

They appear to be a type of wild lettuce seed, but there are many seeds that can fit the description. Do you know if there had been any weeds in the soil that had been removed, or had died there?
