unidentified climbing plant

Can you identify this plant. 2years ago I took over an allotment in Liverpool and this plant was going in the greenhouse. It is a climbing plant and grows vigorously. I would like to know what it is before I get rid of it.

I believe this to be a Climbing Hydrangea.
