Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comMy plumeria starts to grow leaves and they get about an inch or so and then they fall off. I just noticed one of the branches is very soft. It is currently indoors in a pot. Is it salvageable? What should I do to it.
