Umbrella Tree

I recently purchased a huge umbrella tree! upon transport the bag covering the leaves ripped of, and most of the leaves were ripped and falling off. Many are dried and falling off. It is about 8 ft tall with one large stalk. Will it recover?

The same thing also occurred with the other tall tree like houseplant. It had smaller leaves, but same thing. Everything is dying. It got to cold on transport too.

I believe they will come back if you care for them as you would normally. Many trees experience shock from moving, so this isn’t usually a concern. Just keep caring for them as you would, with just slightly less water, since they have less leaves.
