Two Hibiscus Plants That Have Lost Their Leaves

I bring them into a sunroom in the winter and they seem to do fine. I put them outside this spring — about a month ago and they have lost their leaves. The branches seem to be alive and there is some growth. Should I cut them back as they are pretty “leggy”?

Yes, cutting them back will encourage new growth. I wouldn’t trim more than 1/3 – 1/2.
