Q.Two Days Ago I Planted An Arborvitae. Although I Loosened Some Of The Roots At The Bottom 1/2″ To 1″of The Root Ball, I Did Not
loosen (tease) any other roots along the side fo the root ball. Should I have done more teasing? Can I do anything about this at this point?

No, you should do your best to avoid disturbing the roots of this shrub. Less is more, here. Disturbing too much can cause injury to the smaller roots, which will be a perfect doorway for infection.
