Q.Turtles bury eggs in my garden. Will mulch prevent hatchlings from emerging?

It is always best to start a new question, as we may miss something that is not an Unanswered Question.

It is advised not to disturb turtle beds, as many are endangered species, and doing so could be considered illegal in many places.
