Q.tulips up

My tulips started to come up in December. Anything I can do to save them?

Unfortunately, there isn't much you can do except add a mulch covering during the cold snaps. Normally, established tulips are tough, tolerating and surviving well in winters. I wouldn't write them off just yet.
