Tulips Need Blooms Removed

Question

I brought home some marvelous potted Tulips from Publix. They bloomed like crazy Now the blooms are starting to die I do not know how the remove them. do you cut the stoke or just the bloom off will they bloom again

Can i transplant them outside or do i need to leave them in pots in the house.

This will be nearing the end of the tulip growing season. It will be time to start bringing them into dormancy, once they have died back for the year.
