Tulips

I have tulips I started growing inside. They’re about a foot tall. When do I plant them outside?

As soon as the soil is workable this spring, you can go ahead and plant them. Keep in mind that forced bulbs are sometimes difficult to grow in the garden and may not bloom this season.
