Tulip Bulbs

A neighbor pulled out and gave to me all of the tulip bulbs that were planted for this year’s blooming. Now what do I do? They still have the leaves on them. Been out of the ground less than a week. Will they bloom again? She said they may be annual bulbs.

They will not bloom again this season. It is generally best to allow the foliage to die down before lifting the bulbs but you can etiher put them in the ground or in containers to continue growing OR you can store them.
