my tuberoses already bloomed. Does it re-bloom again? or do I cut the bloomed stock down and will it grow back?

It won't bloom again till next year. In your hardiness zone, you can leave the tuber in the ground year round. You can cut back the bloom stalk but leave the foliage to nourish the tubers.
