Trying to identify insect eating my plumeria plant.

Tried two different ornamental insecticides with no luck. Picture attached. They are about 3/16″ long.

I’m not able to identify what looks like a larvae stage.

I would use Neem Oil to treat this infestation.

Applied the Neem oil solution and the unidentified insects immediately vacated the plant. Thanks for the tip!
