Q.Trumpet Vine

Zone 20016 | dunnebock added on September 23, 2017 | Answered

We have a trumpet vine that is about 20 years old and appears to be dying this year after having a great proliferation of flowers the vine at the base is bare with only a little green and flowers at the very end. Is this vine at the end of its life?

There are 2 "trumpet vines". One is Campsis radicans, trumpet creeper, and the other is honeysuckle trumpet vine, Lonicera sempervirens. Please edit or repost with the type you have.
