Trumpet vine

I’ve had my trumpet vine for three years, first year it bloomed. It didn’t bloom last year and it hasn’t bloomed this year. The leaves are beautiful but no blooms. Is there anything I can do to help this process.

It can take 10 years for a vine to flower.
