Trouble with my crape myrtle

Question

We had a good size crepe myrtle planted this spring, unfortunately now the tress does not look good. The leaves are small, and dry. Other crepe myrtle ( are smaller) we have planted have full healthy leaves. All of them have been watered alike. Don’t know what’s wrong and what to do? We have pay a lot money for this 10 ft tree. Need your help Thanks
