Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comCan trimming peonies in late May kill them? I wanted to cut some of them back because they were getting to thick in my flower garden. I have other shrubs and plants in the the garden also.

Pruning should take place after your plants have finished flowering.
