Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have some new growth on the trunk. Should I trim them off? Also, do they have to reach a certain age to bloom? One of my desert roses is in full bloom. The other one is just growing.

You may want to prune off the growth on the caudex for aesthetic reasons. Let the cut end callous then plant in perlite for a new plant.
