Trimming Florabunda Rose Trees After BlackSpot

Hi – I have 3 Florabunda Rose Trees. They all contracted BlackSpot earlier this year. Using a H20, Vinegar and Soap spray I got rid of the BlackSpot, but during the process lost 75-80% of the leaves. The trees are just as big as they were, but now are more bare than not. What do I do? Will the leaves grow back? Should I prune? If so, how? As Schultz used to say, ‘I know nothing!’
