Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comIt is now early April and my question is, is it too late to trim back my roses to 12-14 inches? We have had nice, warm days and they already have buds ready to bloom. Thank you.

Let them have this flush of blooms. Then just as this flush of blooms starts to fade, prune them back. Feed them and water them well and you should then be fine.
