Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comWe recently moved into a home with lots of overgrowth, that I’ve been quite successful in taming (mostly…). I currently have two 15+ foot tall Giant Birds of Paradise that are about to tear through a screened enclosure out back. I’d like to save the plant, if possible, but they must be cut down at least 3-5 feet (preferably, would like to cut them down like a banana palm, but not sure if they’re regrow like those have). Currently living in North Eastern Florida.
How low can I go?
