tree with red berries

Tree with red berries, which has pink flowers in the spring and small bunches of red berries in the late summer through the fall. Can anyone tell me what kind of tree this is? My concern is if the berries are poisonous.

It would be helpful to have a description of:
leaf size and shape
flower size and month of bloom
tree size
berry size and count in cluster
flower fragrance
leaf color in fall
