Tree straightening

Hi, I have two (2) of the ornamental blue spruce and they are both leaning, one a bit more than the other. The landscaper who planted them last season planted them crooked but did not think they were at that time. I would like to know if there is some type of tree staking that would work instead of having to dig it up to reposition. Thank you for any advice you can offer.

Yes, you can stake a pull over the plantings.
