Q.Tree Removal

Anonymous added on July 31, 2011 | Answered

I have three trees that are 3 years old in my garden/lawn. The ground is very poor and I want to get rid of the trees to give the grass a chance to grow. Can I just cut them down at the base and that will be that or do I need to use a tree stump killer. If I use this, will it kill the grass as well? What is the best method without causing damage to the lawn?
