I am not familiar with the temperature and weather patterns in your country. Can you give the high and low temperatures and rainfall patterns for your country?

Generally, I would recommend planting those in Spring, before any hot weather arrives. This will give them the best chance for survival, but Autumn can also work, as long as it doesn't get overly cold in your area.
